The ability to directly contribute towards your career while completing a degree or travelling is a rarity. JJC’s LoFT program offers this unique opportunity to jump start your progression if you can effectively manage your capacity between studies and work.
During my time as a LoFT member the industry knowledge and soft skills I developed could not be matched by attending lectures or seminar with 20 - 200 students attending.
The programme also enabled me to directly contribute to client work for some of the largest financial institutions in the world while studying economics, these two areas worked hand in hand to solidify my foundations for a career in Financial Services.

As a LoFT member, you are part of the team. You’ll work alongside core JJC groups and contribute meaningfully, just like full-time staff.

With a flexible 10-hour weekly commitment, you set the pace whether that’s during term-time, holidays, or alongside an internship. Many members also join us in the office during university breaks or when in London.

Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Our Information Security Management Systems project was initiated by Eloise Tagholm-Child who began the project whilst still at university.
JJC's ISMS is one that encompasses company wide procedure and has strong internal and external benefits.
Branding & Marketing
Our Branding & Marketing team shapes how LoFT is seen both internally and by the world.
Interns contribute to campaigns, visual identity, and strategic messaging. It directly influences how we connect with our community and clients.
Cerebro
Cerebro is our flagship solution and central to the services we deliver.
LoFT interns have played key roles across teams, especially in digitisation and extracting core policy structures, making real contributions to its development.
Knoveo is our client lifecycle management solution, built on the Fenergo platform.
